There are several communication video and messaging tools use to stay in touch with clients, such as email, zoom, skype, facetime , among others.
There is no specific timeframe for this. If you want to organically grow your following for conversion into consumers for your business, then it can takes months or sometimes years. Social media is about being just that, social, and creating engaging content and it’s a platform where you can lead your followers into becoming consumers. It is NOT a quick GET RICH TYPE OF scheme.
There are several management tools use to track projects and tasks progress such as Trello, ClickUp and Asana. VA/SMM will use the software that is most convenient for the client.
If you paid for hours in advanced and those hours were not worked by the VA/SMM, the hours will roll over to the following month.
Yes, you can cancel services at any time, but an advanced two-weeks notice is required.
Unfortunately, hours paid in advanced cannot be refunded but the VA/SMM will work the remaining hours or until work is fulfilled and completed.
